Shipping
We use calculated shipping rates for all orders based on location. We ship from Pennsylvania, USA to within the US. Our shipping options are USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority, USPS Priority Express, and UPS Ground.
All orders $35 and over receive free standard shipping US only (normally USPS Ground Advantage for most orders. Possibly UPS ground for larger or bulk orders).
USPS Ground Advantage Shipping Estimate- $3.64- $4.13 depending on your location.
Other shipping options can be found after you enter your shipping information during checkout.
We no longer ship internationally (outside of the United States) here or on Etsy unfortunately.
Processing Time
Processing time is how many business days it takes to make the items before shipping. Our processing time is 4-5 business days- not including weekends or federal holidays. The shipping speed you choose, will determine when the package will get to you after our processing time. Estimated delivery dates are NOT guaranteed.

Shipping Issues
Please double check the address you provided before you submit your order! We will ship to the address provided to us at checkout. If you realize you gave the wrong address after purchasing, message us the correct address ASAP before we ship the order. We cannot help after it has been already shipped.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address given. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to an incorrect address being provided to us at checkout. If a package gets returned to us due to incorrect buyer address given, buyer is responsible for paying for shipping to the correct address. If package gets returned to us due to incorrect buyer address given OR for any reason, they will forfeit their right to a refund for all or any of their order.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for stolen/missing packages that were marked as delivered. See below for information on how to retrieve a package marked as delivered.
My package says delivered and it's not here. How do I locate it?
A few steps to help you to locate your package:
First, check the entirety of your outdoor space (indoor if applicable) and check with neighbors. Second, double check the address you sent to make sure that it's the correct address. Next, give the post office a day or two to deliver in case they marked it as delivered by mistake. If it hasn't arrived in a few days, go to your local USPS post office and ask for the GPS location of your package. If the GPS location is an incorrect address, ask USPS how to proceed and if they can locate the package. If the GPS location is correct, it may have been stolen- file a police report with your local police department.
We are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered by the shipping carrier. It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We recommend double-checking your address before finalizing your order. If you believe your package is lost or misdelivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or misdelivered. No refunds for the situations above.

Cancellations
We accept cancellations of orders within the hour. We can not guarantee cancellations after this timeframe. We absolutely can not cancel orders after they have already been shipped.
If an error was made in the spelling of a name, color choice, personalization choice, or shipping address, email us ASAP hello@debraannmariestudio.com We cannot be held liable if this information is given to us after we already started production on your order. We cannot change the shipping address after the order has already been shipped.
Will my order be effected by shipping delays?
Orders may be delayed in transit due to shipping delays. But we do not know for sure. We will send out orders in the time frame listed above. However we cannot control how long it will take the mail carrier to deliver it to you. Please keep this in mind before you order. Estimated delivery dates are NOT guaranteed. Thank you for understanding!
Do you only ship within the US?
We do not ship to other countries other than the United States. We no longer ship internationally on Etsy.
Are your cat toys made with catnip and are the dog toys made with a squeaker?
Yes! But if catnip or a squeaker are not wanted, just leave a note during checkout stating "no catnip" or "no squeaker". The cat toys are not refillable.
What are the supplies you use to make your toys? Do you use animal products? Is the catnip organic?
Be assured that the catnip we use is organic. Also, we do not use animal products in our items. The fabrics we use are either 100% cotton or 100% synthetic fleece. The sewing and embroidery thread are made of polyester. The filling we use is Poly-fil. We do not use any animal products in our toys.
Fabric and thread colors may vary slightly based on availability at the time the items are made.
Are you open for fully custom toys? Can you personalize non-personalized toys you already have?
We are available for fully custom (completely new designed) toys if the quantity is 25 or more of the same design.
We are not open for fully custom toys requests (completely new toy designs) under the quantity of 25.
We only offer personalization on toys that are already personalized. No special characters or emojis are permitted in personalization. Letters and numbers only. Personalized toys can be made without names if requested, please leave N/A in personalization box. Non-personalized toys can NOT be changed or personalized.
For orders of 25 or more of the same design (fully new design), pricing will be based off of difficulty of design, stitch count, sizing, and many other details. Feel free to send an email with all of the details including: type of toy ( cat or dog), shape, size, fabric color, thread colors, and if applicable- photos of the design idea. Bulk discounts are not offered due to the handmade nature of our items. Pricing will reflect the work to make the designs from scratch. We do not provide manufacturing of custom pet toys for wholesale or resale.
Do you refund toys that get torn open or damaged by my pet?
We do not refund dog toys if they get torn open or damaged. We state in each listing in a photo and in the description that the toy is made of fleece and does not hold up well to dogs who are rough with toys. Do not keep pets unattended with our toys. If the toy is torn open by the dog, please dispose of the toy immediately to avoid the dog consuming any of its contents.
We also do not refund cat toys if they get torn open or damaged. Do not keep pets unattended with our toys. In the case of a cat toy getting damaged or torn open, please dispose of the toy immediately to avoid the cat consuming any of its contents.
We are not responsible for injury or illness due to damaged toys. Please follow the guidelines above to ensure safety. We also do not refund cat or dog toys after delivery and/or after play and if the items get torn open or damaged. Please see Refund Policy for more information.

Inspection and Disposal: Regularly inspect your pet's toys for any signs of damage, wear, or tear. If a toy becomes damaged, frayed, or broken, we recommend immediately removing it from your pet's access and disposing of it properly, including any loose or small parts that may present a choking hazard.
